As you guys have probably guessed by now, I love making fashion illustrations. Here are a few that I’ve made in this past year:
This illustration of Kendall and Kylie Jenner in Versace is from the 2019 Met Gala. I decided to recreate this look because I just loved all of the vibrant colors, intricate beadwork, and flamboyant feathers. Overall, it was really fun to make this piece.
This is an original design by me, and the background and leaves are inspired by the works of Agata Wierzbicka, who is known for her minimalist, nature-inspired fashion illustrations. I started by making an initial sketch of just the design. Then, I got a large sheet of white paper, toned it with charcoal, and inked everything out before coloring some parts in with colored pencil. In the end, I decided not to color everything so that some of the linework could show through.
I made this illustration inspired by an outfit I saw on instagram with watercolor markers and pen and ink.
This is another original design that I made with watercolor and some added embellishments.
Inspired by my outfit from the last day of school, this sketch was made with pen and ink and colored pencil.
